1. Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The product must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order ID or confirmation email)
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Timeframe
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. Refund Process and Timing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5β7 business days
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
4. Exchange Options
We offer exchanges in the following cases:

5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or worn products
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Products without original packaging
- Certain personal-use or customized items (if applicable)
7. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost
- For other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer may be required to bear the return shipping charges
