ORDERS & PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal or Amazon Pay. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal or Amazon Pay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

 Yes, but only within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, your order may have already been dispatched and cannot be modified. Contact us immediately at heydaycart@gmail.com or WhatsApp us if you need to make changes.

I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at heydaycart@gmail.com with your registered email address and we will resend the confirmation.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on Daycart?

Absolutely. Our checkout is powered by Shopify Payments which is PCI DSS compliant — the highest standard of payment security. We never store your card details.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Express delivery takes 2–3 business days. Metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore are usually delivered in 3–5 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?


Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 have a flat shipping fee of ₹49.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number. You can track your order on our website at the Track Order page or directly on the courier's website.

Do you deliver to all parts of India?

Yes, we deliver across India including metros, tier 2 and tier 3 cities, and most rural areas. Remote pin codes may take up to 10 business days.

 

My order shows delivered but I have not received it. What do I do?

Please check with your neighbours or building security first as couriers sometimes leave packages with them. If still not found, contact us within 48 hours at heydaycart@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not happy with your product for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return and full refund.

How do I initiate a return?

Email us on heydaycart@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process. In most cases we arrange a free pickup from your address. Our team will lookout the procedure.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?

Yes, exchanges are available for products that are defective, damaged, or if you received a wrong item. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange.

 

What items cannot be returned?

The following items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons: opened personal care products, innerwear, food items, and any product that has been used or damaged by the customer.

PRODUCTS

Are the products on Daycart genuine?

Yes, every product listed on Daycart is verified for quality before being added to our store. We personally review each product and only list items we would use ourselves.

 

The product I want is out of stock. Will it come back?

Most out-of-stock products are restocked within 7–14 days. Click the "Notify me" button on the product page and we will send you an email as soon as it is back in stock.

The product I received is different from what was shown on the website. What do I do?

We are sorry about that. Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of what you received. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

ACCOUNT & GENERAL

Do I need to create an account to shop on Daycart?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders easily, save your addresses, and get early access to deals.

 

Do you have a physical store?

Daycart is an online-only store. This lets us keep our prices low and pass the savings directly to you.

 

How do I use a discount code?

On the checkout page, look for the "Discount code" field and enter your code there. The discount will be applied automatically to your order total before payment.
